Food quality is actually pretty good. Management however not so much. You cannot sub anything....... don't ask or your head may be bitten off.

This is the best food around! We had the tenderloin/fries and the hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. The tenderloin was delicious and crinkle fries crispy
Hickory Park (and most civilized places) just charge you a few bucks more. Not so here, customer wants are secondary to management ego apparently.
