Very nice camp grounds and new showers and bathrooms.. good fishing also shaded camping.
The beach is always clean. The staff is always amazing. The views and fishing are awesome! We visit this place at least once a week and bbq with the kids. There are trails we walk on. I've never seen litter.
Great campground with new shower house. Spots are large and almost all are shaded. No reservations so during peak time get there on Wednesday if you want to camp on the weekend.
Brand new facilities, friendly people, and great views! Good size lake, boating, fishing, swimming at the beach, tons of great hiking trails, and only 15 minutes from Ames!
We come here often. It is a quiet campground and is very well kept up by the host and hostess. As soon as a rig leaves they pick up any trash that is left. Tom and Teri do a fantastic job. Sq+
